To clarify what I meant. Today this day, 4th April 2014 we are officially at the lowest Shareprice we have been at in 3 years aka 36 months aka 1,095 days.
If that doesn't light a serious burn under MSB then nothing will. They would definitely notice the SP and if they had a mild concern for their shareholders they'd more than notice the SP.
