    They are building a JV that could cause even more headaches for companies like BAL.
    This deal, once completed, will tie up some 75% of the organic milk powder market on an exclusive basis.
    WHA now have the factory, distribution, partnerships, and now the farm gate for raw supply.
    They are clearly buying into and tying up all elements of the supply chain. They are not going to make the same mistakes as BAL by the looks of things.
