    It seems the consensus here is one of disappointment with the outcome of this and the other LSX divestments over the last two years.
    In my opinion, none of them has realised the potential LSX management presented.

    I think the big question shareholders should be asking is:

    Have LSX management added any shareholder value at all since 2009?

    2009 was the last distribution made to shareholders.
    What was the pro forma NTA Dec 2009 as opposed to the proforma NTA announced on Monday? taking into account the number of shares then and now??
    Who received the new shares?
    There was an SPP in 2017 raising $5 million @ 35c which accounts for a small proportion of the increase.
    This exercise may show us who has benefitted and who hasn't.
    I am interested in comparing my numbers with others.

    If they have added no value or even lost value then I would suggest the best way forward would be to liquidate the company over the medium term and return all capital to shareholders equitably.
