Comes back to what I have been posting all along - the tech is proven and will be implemented - the open question has been and remains whether the coy will survive in its current form.

This will be resolved IMO after the unsecured bondholders have been removed from the equation - which will occur in March this year - the largest being PNG Ports.

Guys this has been and is still a high tech spec which has survived in the second toughest market in the world (Ag is the toughest) without the home country support that usually provides the bridge over the valley of death between proven concept and commercial production.
