    CJS,

I don't agree about the noteholders.

If I am correct, then unsecured and secured noteholders are all under the same Deed. I hold unsecured notes and was asked to vote in the recent extension, which was approved. So, I believe, my notes now run through to March 2015.

So, IF I am correct, the pressure is off that one. Now the preassure is just your other point...can we secure enough cash to commercialise properly? And the guys at ASOF seem to have sucked a lot of that cash away with their 'legal action', which seems to be just a technical way for them to take more shares for less cash. On facevalue, it doesn't seem like the actions of a genuine white knight to the company. The actions could appear to many to be more like the typical greedy hedge fund, who is purely self interested and short term in thinking. But then again, we had no choice because no one else would stump up at the rights issue.

Now I am not blaming shareholders who didn't stump up, but many, including myself didn't put much into the 0.003 issue. Had $5m come in, then we'd be in a diffrent position. In my case, as with many, we we're simply tapped out.

I am the most fearful of our future than I have ever been. The loss from here (and the rest has gone for now) is relatively small, but it is digital in nature, i.e. it's litterally all or nothing. There is no grey downside. Let's all hope than ASOF (a hedge fund) does the right moral thing.

A hedge fund doing the right moral thing....yeah, that could happen.
