The PEFO had the exact state of the budget including the forward estimates, there was no $600b (unfunded or legislated) in the PEFO.

The PEFO also showed the budget trajectory provided no changes were made by the Libs.

The Libs were under no obligation to fund or implement Labor promises, so if it wasn't in the PEFO, then it had nothing to do with Labor.

Maybe have a look at the PEFO and the Libs budgets, and remember who was elected in 2013 and who were in a position to alter legislation and spending.
