This is from mid 2001, sounds a bit like perfectstage, maybe back from his 4 year ban.........

Daniel Kenneth Moye, of Roseville NSW,
has been banned for four years from
acting as a representative of a securities
dealer or investment adviser following an
investigation by ASIC.
We found that while Mr Moye
was a representative of Findlay & Co
Stockbrokers (Findlays) during
1999/2000, he failed to perform his
duties efficiently, honestly and fairly.
Mr Moye had opened an account with
Findlays in a false name for his personal
benefit, trading aggressively on this
account on the pretence of receiving
instructions from an external client.
Findlays bore a loss of approximately
$340,000 as a result of Mr Moye’s actions.
