You are right, hotcongo - and I suspect and expect that Matt Wilcox as a process engineer doesn't understand the benefits of marketing.

He probably thinks the project sells itself – well I've got news for him – no one in the history of the world ever bought anything – they had to have it sold to them.

This is a very good situation, but it hasn't attracted enough serious Sprott like investors.
