TheWord has reservations about ALZ.

The way I see ALZ is this:

Money, credit and other human inventions come and go, but land lasts longer and ALZ has a lot of it.

And ALZ's land is getting more valuable in the same ratio as money decreses in value as inflation keeps pace with the interest rate hikes that economists kid us will cure inflation and currency degradation!

My aversion to voodoo economics (as propounded by Australia's economic intelligentia) is the reason I invested heavily in land-rich ALZ, AAC and PPC.

And all three have done very nicely!

PPC may be tiny - but it holds the third biggest outer-urban land bank in Australia.

And have you checked out Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane housing block prices lately - or inner-urban tower-block land prices - or industrial land prices?

Land I understand. And so do the people who run AAC, ALZ and PPC.
