    Hi Pedro...

    Preston Resources with the Bulong laterite nickel deposit (I struggled to remember the name of the stock as it was a constant source of discomfort for me).

    I was a dumb f*cker, took a brokers report of projected cashflows as correct. These figures did not take funding costs (interest payments) into account.
