As long as they don't do in the streets (and cause traffic jams) or make it compulsory, I don't care what TheWord and The Goblin get up to in cyber toilet blocks.

While they're busy working out who's turn it is to do what to whom with what, I'm quite happy with my ALZs.

At my age, the security of a property-based investment that pays good dividends (and has risen steadily in price) is a keeper in these days of volatility and nervous haste.
