The only reason that EXT was a safe haven when the market crashed last year was because Rio, Polo etc were taking a position as I previously mentioned.
If EXT is going to be a safe haven this year then these circumstances would have to be repeated.
That won't happen though.
I am sure that on a takeover value basis that EXT is worth more than it's current value so If that is what you are waiting for then I'm sure that you will be just fine.
