I can't see it either Harlee. Although I don't see how a distribution of existing shares would result in more shares or cheaper shares? No one has mentioned an issue (unless I've missed something), perhaps by liquidity he means more shareholders. This would have the effect of putting upward pressure in the SP and waving a red rag at Rio et al. Sound good to me.
