It is not loose stock in the main. Just the pretense of selling from someone attempting to buy loose stock. When genuine selling/buying occurs with moderate volume due to the appearance of a new buyer the price shoots to 60c. Just look at the recent activity. If the company was in a position to make a statement they would have done so to placate small holders.
