Called Computershare today about some missing shares, the guy I spoke to called the section responsible for the problem. He told me they had a large backlog of work to catch up. He told me to wait a few days and the problem would be resolved. he said they were working on it.
As a shareholder this is a minor inconvenience. As an investor, I am wondering, if Computershare's staff are bogged down with too much work at the moment, is this a good or a bad thing for Computershare's profits ??
