Dancer they call it a recapitalisation to repay creditors and continue as a going concern. I don't expect any new money to come in so I would interpret that as creditors being given ownership of the company in order for the operations to continue. Its possible that shareholders get given something, perhaps 5 or 10% of the recapitalised business. That's my interpretation based on the limited detail given. There certainly doesn't seem to be any mention of maximising value for shareholders in this one.
