I read the SEC lodgement and GB post and the company is in dire straights financially.
One contract has been paused, but not due to companies products.
The question is.
Are Unilife's products needed by Pharma's? and if so what happens to those patents and Pharma access after a company collapse?
It all comes down to Sanofi.
Do they want to retain their contractual advantages? or give the company up to Amgen.
I guess we will have to sit this out.
