thats not news or even reasoned speculation, it was already announced in the recent announcement as a 1:33 consolidation. How is that a bad thing, it brings the issued capital back to a few hundred. It also paves the way for investors that have restrictions on price of shares they able to invest in & secondly the number of shares on issue. This has been coming for ages - all part of the long game (actually excruciatingly loooong game).
