    Hi
    to who ever i may concern;

    I' m (we) are strong holder of fermiscan lim. and strong believer of the fermiscan technology but i (we) do have some concern about the lack of support and communication about progress of fermiscan, with the shareprice on decline as a direct result of this.
    I (we) was wondering if fermiscan is planning to do something about this; specially coming closer to oktober with the share coming out of escrow. Many fermiscan holders do have conserns about the escow shares beeing dumped when that date comes.
    I write you; to ask you why we (me and many fermiscanholders) should hold on to this sinking ship without 'any' counteraction/ support from management.

    please give us a reason....

    kind regards

    RESPONS...........................................

    Thank you for your enquiry.

    As I am sure you aware I am limited to comment on statements which have been made public through the stock exchange announcements.

    The communication flow over the past few months has been constant with at least one announcement each month. As and when there is something of relevance and requires release to the market we will of course do so in a timely manner.

    The decline in share price is not a direct function of a communication issue but is more a symptom of a weak market, a lack of buyers and some selling from shareholders.

    In relation to the escrow position, you need to understand we are talking about a few individuals who are all founders of this business. The shareholdings held by these individuals, rather than being seen as a risk, is in fact an opportunity. There may be a number of shareholders that would consider acquiring larger parcels of stock but due to the current lack of liquidity, those shareholders would be unable to obtain them on market. A larger parcel would commonly be traded at a premium to market and hence any movement of larger parcels may have a positive effect on the share price.

    I cannot comment on the individuals however, I am sure you can understand none of them would want to see any activity that negatively affected Fermiscan. It is just not in their or any one else’s best interest.

    Finally, there is always a process required to take a discovery to commercialisation and given we are nearly two years into the process and very close to the commercialisation goal, a description of sinking ship is definitely inappropriate. I am very conscious of our responsibilities to all shareholders and the best thing we can do at Fermiscan in the current climate is focus on getting ready for that commercialisation process and maintain an active investor relations communication strategy.

    I thank you for your support.

    Regards,

    David
