On november 8th IS NO DECISSION where lynas can win or not. On November the 8th the Kuantan High Court only decides, if lynas application to be a party will be accepted.
And if the suspetion of the ToL will be removed or will be held until the judicial review applications are heard and finalised.
Why should the Kuantan High Court freeze TOL firstly in this process, AND THAN BEVORE the judicial review is finalised let this suspension end? That makes no sense!
