"However, should results be materially less than expected and/or the Group is unable to generate any additional funding required, there exists a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt as to whether the Group will be able to continue as a going concern and realise its assets and extinguish its liabilities in the normal course of business and at the amounts stated in the financial statements."

Put into plain English:

"If we can't earn enough money in the next 12 months, we'll go broke."

Now I know why the SP has plummeted from 40c to current levels.
Now I know why I have received no reply from the company secretary re my questions.
Always a red flag for me. Always. Never known an exception to that rule.
