Point 6. The railway doesnt pass ANY major customers, Amcor is truck fed, Adelaide Brighton is truck fed.
You almost answer your own question. If Penrice is worth that much, why isnt Boral buying out Penrice for $30 mill, instead of spending the $200 mill in NSW? Penrice is getting harder to transport out of is the very simple answer.
Angaston is about to get 20 minutes closer to Adelaide with the new Northern Expressway 6 weeks from opening. I'm not sure about the B Double rules on the expressway, but this could be a lifesaver for PSH, or could work the other way, with more residences around the mine adding more pressure to comply with dust etc...
