That was smart, but then, who did you call? The letters I've seen are from Hong Kong and an address only, no phone number. This seems like a great (and fairly illegal) money making scheme. I see no reason why shareholders weren't simply automatically reimbursed in their nominated bank accounts. Oh, of course - because some forget or don't see letters or can't be bothered. $$$$
