I agree with a lot your stating, however look at the overall picture on what's been happening to RES over the last 5 months and tell me i don't smell a rat......
As Bungi said no harm in letting the Regulators have a look !!!!!! , maybe if the Yanks believed in Regulation we could all still be smiling
