As much as I think we should have our say, I am not for getting involved at a board level. Sure, if there are those out there that are qualified and can add value to the current board, then knock yourself out. However, what the comapny does not need is unqualified assistance to get in the way of the current board and their efforts to restructure the company.
Reminds me of when Centro shareholders formed a shareholder association. They were almost derailing the possible takeover/merge of the company. Had the shareholder association succeeded the company would have folded.
The board must realise its do or die for them and the company. I am sure they realise that this is the year for them to start to turaround this bia$ch of a company. I say give them a chance (they have had plenty) this year. If not, then shareholders should go straight for the jugular.
