grasping at the falling knife is fraught with risk ..they say...but this stock has me baffled too. The one big worry was a consolidation say 1 new share for 10 old ..which would logically have happened in the annual report notice of meeting. so that immediate risk has dissipated .
The directors I have concluded are in a semi comatose state ...with a primary interest in getting their $100K in annual directors' fees .
And what are the captive intos holding 50% of the capital doing..comatose too?
If I hadn't so badly besmirched my copy book I would now be agitating bigtime to remove the directors and bring ina fresh activist shareholder ...so yes I'm in a comatose state too. sorry.
and yes I did get filled at 7.1 cents ..and expect to get some more at 6.3 cents.
