You recognise the failures of the current board and their craven interest in collecting their fees when any fair minded director would at least suspend or modify or qualify their sinecure

For your information I am thinking about commissioning a website ..which would be used for the purpose of obtaining from existing shareholders the requisite 100 [Section 249} signatures and then lobbying support for your election .

I also have a compelling idea ..which would likely bring global exposure to the company via a youtube clip .More on this later but only if you agree to nominate before the AGM.
