    briter, as we all meet new people, our reaction depends largely on how they come across to us, some we warm to, others we are are wary of.
    What I'm saying is that it is a two way street but it depends on one person to initially set the tone, and it is generally up to whoever is on their own ground to make the initial move.
    Regarding your perception that primarily some races may be more trustworthy than others, are you really in a position to make such a judgement? Until you have lived in their society I doubt that it is possible to really understand the values they hold.
    My experience is that the commonly held perceptions can be the exact opposite of the reality, especially if that perception is a negative one.
