Thanks KGC although I noticed on a re-read that I did alot of thinking.
Just as an example that I have given before, ACR, which is Acrux Pharmaceuticals was sold down to about 35c from over $1.60 at the end of 2008 by substantial holder Queensland Investment Corporation.
They had about 15m shares to sell but ACR had low trading numbers each day.
Their reason was that they had a change of policy and would not hold shares in any pharmaceutical company although it was well known that excellent Phase III trials results were only 6 months away for one drug and that ACR had many other great products.
About 12 months later ACR was about $2.60 and today they are about $3.30.
I would not lump instos into Funky's "smart money people" group.
Hence my thoughts about brains of a goldfish and also not to read too much into the selling.
