I think the trading halt is in place so that they can dangle the carrot a bit longer. They are buying some time to sugar coat the fact that there are no hydrocarbons.
Look they have already started talking about rocks "High porosity tertiary sandstone" as further evidence that there is gas down there somewhere, but in all honestly we're gonna have to was 6-12 months again and there would be some dilution with a partner or capital raising along the way.
