I'm an amateur myself but on the evidence to date regarding FAN 1 it could only be done by multiple levels of horizontals and that will be the main reason it would remain uneconomic at low oil prices...it also doesn't help having 4 different oil types...that's probably the most interesting thing about today's announcement, there is only one type mentioned and it is of high quality , another thing is FAR has mentioned previously that the 3D indicated better reservoir quality in the southern end , that is yet to be updated on...
As is being pointed out tonight the real excitement lies with the effect todays results could have on A2-5...
