Lol..no i do not know him personally. ..yes it is Darren Bechtel of the Bechtel family however I do know he does not hold official office with Bechtel. Being a family member I am sure he benefits financially - lucky him.
i did get the chance to meet with Riley Bechtel who was the CEO of Bechtel during the time i worked with them.
When i worked on Wheatstone ( circa 30 billion dollar LNG project) there wasn't a whole lot of bricklaying going on.
