well I did read the cover page, and cornell capital maximum amount to $4 million dollars..over 24 months................then the prospectus 20 mill shares at .10 cents
no wonder.........it all sounds confusing
they can issue shares to the max value of $4 mill to cornell partners..........and prospectus $2 mill.........
or am I brain dead today
