    Dude - he is taking his pay is shares as they have no money to pay him with.

    AND then he will sell them on market to make 90k

    Not kidding - they havent got the money to pay him - they had to "create/magic/invent" shares last month to make payroll tax. The tax your supposed to pay on payroll.
