    bottom line = $26.7m of Equity in Talon

    compare that with the 100m shares and Talon has a "theoretical" or "book" value (don't lynch me ...) of 26.7c per share using the 2 for 5 capital reduction

    That equates to $0.10 of theoretical value in a current Texon share when the market is giving it $0.01.
