Agree to some point, its a normal part of human makeup to be unsure of things that's how we have evolved.
You are made unfortunately to feel like a lepper if you are unsure of someone elses race/culture or religion when in fact its quite normal human behaviour!
I don't think politicians realise people are unhappy with them to begin with ie lies/lack of foresight and holistic approach, then people are also unhappy with the world they are building.
Ie urban sprawl, infrastructure issues, lack of spare time, gap between rich and poor, making a need such as shelter a thing to speculate on etc etc
