    'The Board has decided that it
    will decline to extend the exclusive negotiating period past 19 August 2010 with Henan
    Jinqu.

    Think it more like Jinqu has worked out this comopany is full of it. Cant believe they get away with it year in year out.

    Wonder how much they paid for the chinese men they pulled off the street to have there photo.
