I think he was using slang as in plugging a leak.
Don't know what all the worry is they ran wire logs and spectrometer. They know whats down there the Geo would kmow from the data received, If they did not think it was commercial they would not be wasting money on fixing the leak in the casing or pressure testing then flow testing, those who hold fut now will make money its a waiting game now.
