    My understand from your quote (b) is that KAB to pay the loan by deducting US19 from every tonne sold to Noble. This means full offtake price (market price) minus 19 to be the price Noble has to pay for every tonne of ore. This also means KAB has income from the first tonne selling to Noble. At this rate it took approx. 210,000t production to complete the payment of $4m then plus some for interest. The 48% ore worths about $250 at the moment.
