You are right in the short term but the 'beauty 'about the system is that in 20 years it can / may / intended that it does.
In the intervening period it is head in the trough time and all legal.
I don't like the system as it allows us with the money & knowledge to do very nicely as opposed to the people earning low money and raising a family with no idea of financial issues.
My point is that property is not the only 'guilty 'party and shares are just the same. We can ' hang 'property for a few crimes but on this one it is innocent or at least not the only offender.
