The latest statement from the ACCC suggests to the broker the Foxtel deal will proceed with various undertakings committed to by Foxtel. The ACCC has recognised that competition is already lopsided and this will not change whatever the ACCC's decision.

Not yet a done deal, the broker notes, but the odds have improved. Sell retained, however.
