The broker who did the placement supposedly didn't take cash for the fees but instead wanted stock and took it at 20c.
This alone makes me think BLY is a good buy at 20 or less plus soul pattison also bought around $1 mill worth at 20c aswell.
Am surprised they haven't supported the stock better.
