What am I missing.My understanding is:The oppies strike price is...

    What am I missing.

    My understanding is:
    The oppies strike price is .5cent (half a cent) in 2012.
    Current oppie price .4 cent
    Total to exercise at the current trading price is .9 cent.
    Heads are selling at 1 cent.

    Why are those oppies at .4 cent still sitting there??
