    It is clear the buyer wanted to lock in the current price for the land - this is smart if they walked away and had to renegotiate they would be paying more. The buyer is smart they need to complete the DD and they needed a certain amount of lock in. This is all good, good luck to those with the funds to be able to top up - very luck indeed.
