If Samson and the buyer have a good relationship based on mutual respect and the buyer is telling SSN that through no fault of their own they are delayed and request an extension in good faith by saying by the 5th we will deposit $10m that would be good enough for me. A 2 week delay will not change the fundamentals heres.
