Lomu,agree the bay is doing fine considering.
But don't scratch the surface otherwise u will disturb the toxins.
The bay did need to be dredged for larger ships .
Even today u must be very careful where u collect muscles,the vic bay muscle farms r fine but they are positioned for a reason.
Scollaps well they have a different filtering system but i like them but some wont eat them.
etc etc the various issues over the years.
My point was imo only leave port phillip as the industrial port,imo only western port appears to be far to fragile to convert to a shipping port for importing lng and exporting hydrogen.especially when australia needs all the energy supply it can get to lower prices to increase industry viability and consumer confidence..
