I have no issue with using solar and wind as an energy source.
If tesla can develop batteries that are more economical to recycle then excellent.
Same CSIRO they say they can increase the recycling of batteries from the current 2%,clearly they are referring to the economics of recycling the batteries and the current subsidies involved.Of course the 2% will increase if its economically more attractive to recycle the battery.
Who would argue with this energy source,my posts are about the infrastructure recycling only and the more tesla and the csiro talk about it or develop it the better.
Same that stanford sea water trial.
ps and just to throw in my usual sceptical view of current renewable support.It would be interesting how the lge energy co's,lge investment bankers and high wealth individuals would react to the stanford trials if the stanford process proved more efficient than current renewables after the above list has invested billions in the current early stage renewable infrastructure.
