and I think it is evident by now that we have to take legal action in order to enforce our rights and prevent them from basically giving away the second most valuable assets the company owns. A preliminary injunction that blocks the sale of the assets would do the job for now. I am willing to bear a share of the costs incurred by engaging a legal representative. What do you think, are we going to give up or stand up and fight?
