I would like to know the reasoning in detail, particularly which metals had been taken into consideration, which resources had been incorporated and what tin and other metal prices had been assumed.
As you know you could have any result you want if you just chose the parameters accordingly and the valuation per se suggests to me it had been chosen in order to not have shareholders vote on the subject in the first place.
It is in the best interest of shareholders *AND* the company to make the process as transparent as possible in order to remove all doubts regarding Heemskirk's valuation. Why not make the whole document public and remove all doubts, rumors and suspicions? Maybe, just maybe such publication would only confirm our concerns and that's why it's not going to happen.
