Well Mazza, if you are correct all I can (all I am prepared to say) is I would have preferred the valuation to be done by a more internationally recognised and acredited person. It will be interesting to see if you are correct however in light of the widespread criticim of the Heemskirk valuation, perhaps the the BoD will scramble to get a second opinion from a major consultant.
